I also see what listings people are staying at and what how long they are staying. Then I check to see what listings are they leaving and visit the rest of the site. Then I try to duplicate some of those things on other listings to get them to stay on the site.

Then I check where the leads are coming from and put more effort on those sites vs others.

I mainly check the search terms and where they are coming from. I need to take more time to analyze all the information.

P2 has so many tools that you could spend a week working with the tools.  I learn something new everyday.  I do look at the stats and where they are coming from.  Also, time they spend on my website. It is interesting information.

I just discovered the Ultrastats reports, and I can see how they can be useful for monitoring your return on advertising dollars and  be used in a listing presentation.  Trend analysis and Gap analysis are two tools that you can use these stats for when planning your goals.  I think this is very useful information!
