Hmmmmm....writing the perfect MLS descriptoin, from Sammie Davis Junior's point of view:

Who can take a sunrise.
Sprinkle it with dew.
Cover it with chocolate and a miracle or two.
The candy man.
Oh the candy man can.
The candy man can, cause he mixes it with love to make the world taste good.

He hit the nail on the head for each and every one of my listings! Only my listings ARE the candy man!
