That is not nice.  To me that is completely unethical, whether it is or not per ethics code.

This is why it is criminal to insert unmailed literature in a any US Mailbox.  

I would hope that the local Realtor's Association have sufficient sense to severely reprimant and/or fine the dirtbag using this too-clever-by-half marketing approach.  Better yet, terminate their license on a second offense!  We do not need unprincipled agents like that in our business.

On a serious not, that is pretty low. Maybe some of the agents in that area need to do an intervention with this person.

There is an agent in this area that had retired her lic a few years back ,well she reactivated her lic,sent flyers saying she had sold a large  percentage of the homes in the subdivision she had sold 2 her home in 2002 FSBO before she had a lic and 1 this year there have been at least 30 homes sell in the last 2 years it may just be me but I think she oh well I will say it she lied . She has done the flyers in the box I know she did it to mine , I think she must be like a locust  sorry for that . Lets just say I do not like the way she does business ,she also whines when someone does not agree with her she says the are not professional  ,personally I doubt she would know professional if it bit her.  

Oh, don't worry, the cauldron is sparkkling and the bat is waxed and ready.   We will find this scumbag and hurt them. Not a nice thing.  If I were the owners of the property, I would also lodge a compliant.
