How have you been using the P2 Vendor coupons in a way that promotes the success of your real estate business?
Sharon, it takes alot of intestinal fortitude to post on a Friday, it could be hazardous to your health but, actually, I have not used the coupons yet.
Mary--did I mention that I taught school for 30 years? I can take a LOT of off task behavior. I really don't even notice when I have lost control of a situation...LOL~
I haven't used the coupons either, but they look like they might be a valuable "untapped" source for promoting me, me, me!

The only time I have usesd one is an email to one of my prospect groups asking for them to make a decision about buying because the market is so great, rates are low...I included an offer to purchase a home warranty if they close by a certain date and included a coupon for the Sherwin Williams paint.
I will be curious about how others have used them as well.
I include them in a "thank you" card at the closing. I have had several folks call me to thank me for the Sherwin Williams paint discount....
I had a paint store in my area that called and asked where I got them. They wanted me to do it with them.
The home improvement stores should take notice!
I have emailed them out to my past clients and to poss future ones. My oldest son is the manager of a video store and I had him put them on his counter. I also took the basic idea of this and created my own with local vendors. Great way to get noticed!

How about giving away vacation certificates? I have used these for other businesses and have actually stayed at 2 of their hotels. It's legit.

Marcia and I have been using the P2 and the NAR goodies after close also. I have signed my clients up for the do it yourself magazines also. Too soon to see the results. But anything with our name on it that is valuable or useful can't hurt!

I'm not using that company. I did buy about 500 of them for a flat fee a couple of years ago and they have just been rediscovered in a packing box. HA!
If you do a search for "vacation certificate" you should be able to find something more affordable than $25 a month.
