I love Rappitoni. We switched about 8 months ago and I think it is one of the best. The only fault in the CMA, is the limit to the quantity of properties you can email. There may be a contact module but I have used my own for so long, I never followed up on all that is available. There are prospect tools and a bunch of things that are probably things that I am missing because the system is awesome. I have never thought I would get value for my fees but this is coming close and if I were bright enough to take advantage, I am sure it is a lot better than I see it as.

Yes, Rappatoni is very good.  When I first started, I used everything on it.  Now I have a company contact manager, et al, but it was definitely good.

Wow you ask a lot of questions!

Tempo here. I *love* the Client Gateway auto listings, though our board did some goofy things with configuration (like limiting a search to 75 results). I don't really use any of the CMA stuff. Our tax package is loosley integrated. I think there are about 12,000 agents in our board.

The limit of 6 photos per listing absolutely SUCKS, but I think that's a board imposed limit, not a Tempo limit.

Pulling stats is painful, but I'm anal when it comes to stats and probably want far more than most agents.

We use Rappitoni.  I like it.  It's very easy for me to navigate.  They just created for us a "client portal" which is basically a webpage for the client for the listings.  We no longer email them listings which is good because before, you could only send 50 at a time before.  They get a link of their webpage instead.  Now all the listings show up on their webpage.  They can select to save each listing or reject it and whatever they select, that listing will either move to the save or rejected tab on the webpage.  All the listings stay there until I "dump them".  So they can see when a home goes under contract, is sold, is withdrawn, expires or has a price change, it is real time, so whenever they click on the link it pulls the correct info from the MLS at that very moment.

We still don't have a way for them to save searches if they search our MLS, so I still have to use a third party IDX solution.  I really wish they would create that option!!

As far as pulling stats, that can be a bit of a hassle for past months.

We do have a mapping feature.  Sometimes it works and is right and sometimes, it's not.  

Taxes are not integrated unless the listing agent puts the taxes in.  Most people don't.  They just put $0 in instead.  Not sure why.

Have used the CMA feature and it is very easy to use.

There is a contact database sort of thing in it, but I've never used it, so can't help you on that question.

The printouts are very nice.  You can select from different types of report options.  

I've only ever had to contact support which was when they first transitioned into Rappitoni.  We had another system before....can't even remember the name of it.  So it was a bit tricky switching and I had some problems creating searches, but they were very very nice and helpful.  Never had to call them once I got the hang of it.

Overall I am pretty happy with it.  The only thing I wished they had was the ability for people to save their searches if they searched the MLS, then I wouldn't have to pay for a 3rd party IDX solution.

There are about 1800 members in our board (this is just for Manatee County).  Hillsborough uses something different.

Oh and I think the photo limit we have is 14.  Which is cool!  Half the people only put in 2 or 3 photos though.

While I am not familiar with rappitoni, tempo, etc, I think our MLS in Charleston is phenomenal, we are now up to 24 pictures, taxes and maps (including driving directions) are integrated, auto notify and cma's are a breeze, and as you can tell, I like it very much. Solid Earth is the provider.

We just switched to InnoVia, aka POS LOL! Actually, a good program but not yet programmed properly although they're working on it.

It autopopulates from the tax records which is cool. Other cool features but not all the bugs out and we're on month 8 of a 3 year contract.

InnoVia is totally online, which has given the agents some extra functionality--but in terms of what we can offer the clients, also cost us some over the previous system (FBS, server based and much more interactivity)

Howard . . . I think if you check the Clareity report (most recent) Solid Earth is one of the highest rated.

Our association was under the gun to regionalize and contracts were running out on the other associations, so we made snap decisions we are now living to regret . . . only 2.25 more years to go, LOL
