&lt;P&gt;By the way when I spelled checked this Ispell wanted to change Fergeson to Ferguson.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;1700 homes were started in the Austin area in 2006.&amp;nbsp; This is&amp;nbsp;6,000 than the year before.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Analysts say that the reason for so many homes being constructed in the area is because it continues to be a place where everyone wants to live.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;One of the reasons the area didn't have a slump in our real estate market like so many parts of the country experienced is because our appreiation rates stayed steady.&amp;nbsp; While some homes in California appreciated as much as 50%, austin area homes appreciated 5 to 7%.&amp;nbsp; Plus home builders didn't overbuild.&lt;/P&gt;
