I would have her go to p2 academy and sign up for their Mentoring Sessions, every tuesday from now until Mar 15, Each session includes both Audio (telephone) and Video online access at the same time.  Session 2 has step by step instructions on creating and managing listings, Point2's Syndication Partners, creating Listing Brochures and other listing features. As for the agents they need to understand that p2 is there to give them control over their listings the sooner their listings are entered in the p2 the sooner they will be visible on sites like p2 homes, google, yahoo etc..... which is designed to garner more traffic for the individual agents.

Then again what do I know I'm a new.  

I have a broker site. What do you want to know? One of the main functions is being able to assign leads to to agents set up in the agent roster and follow the progress of what is being done with them by the assigned agents.

The one thing she should understand as another gentlemen mentioned, is the lead management capability. An office manager that doesn't view lead management as a critical business issue should be replaced. (in my humble opinion).
