I wish I had more time to develop my 2 sites. A little at a time . . . and I chat/post in between . . .

My main site (not a P2) cost me a small fortune but boy, has it paid for itself hundreds of times over in the past 5 years. It'll be a hard act to follow.

My 2 P2 Pro sites are a work in progress. I keep going up in the Performance Index so I must be doing something right . . . .

Sounds like you've already figured out what to say!  I'll be updating soon then we can talk trash together.  Visions of beaches and bikinis were dancing through my head.  Welcome Shelly.

Welcome Shelly. I am newer to RElib and loving it. I have been with P2A for about a year after the "other" website and wish I had joined when I first got into real estate. The tools are great and they continually introduce new and exciting one all the time. I hear colleagues of mine talking about their websites and how they don't get anything from them...I just don't get why they stay.

Welcome to P2 and the Relib!  Don't worry, if you read enough of the posts here someone will say something that will cause a spark in you and then you won't be able to stop!

I have had a P2 site for several years but didn't really get serious with it until about a year and half ago (using other sites as primary).

P2 was making more improvements than any other vendors so I switched to P2 as primary and dropped the other ones.

To date I have created 1,769 prospects and have 994 people on drip campaigns.  This site can do wonders for you if you set it up right!

Fight with honor, you will win!

I'm not in Lucia's league (just really started P2 in March) but I'm finding it very impressive.  Stay tuned here.  This is a great group.  Even though, at times, they can get a little rambunctious.  This cru will give you lots of advice and perspectives that are all very valuable...even the sarcarsm...don't take it personal.  We all get our knickers in a knot once in a while, some of us more than others.  You'll get to know us.

Don't miss the message boards, either.  There's a lot of good technical advice there, as well.

Shelly, yes, welcome it is good to see you here. We do have fun and learn alot at the same time. We have some smart techy people here, some profound thinkers, some out of the box thinkers, and then there is the rest of us. You will find loads to talk about working in the line of work we do!
